      • Program fees must be paid in full before the classes start, in accordance with the selected payment plan agreed upon with The Talent Scholar.
      • The user must adhere strictly to the agreed-upon payment terms.
      • In case of non-payment or delayed payment, The Talent Scholar reserves the right to pause or discontinue access to classes and program resources until the dues are cleared.
      • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or approved by the administration under special circumstances.
      • Any discounts, offers, or scholarships are subject to verification and validity at the time of enrollment and cannot be transferred or extended without prior approval.

1. 1. Program Access and Class Participation
      • Access to online classes is granted only to registered students and is limited to the duration of the enrolled program.
      • All program materials are available online through the access provided at the time of enrollment. No physical copies will be shared.
      • Class recordings, worksheets, and assignments are intended strictly for personal educational use and must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
      • Access to classes and materials is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.
      • The Talent Scholar reserves the right to revoke access in case of misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of platform policies.

      At The Talent Scholar, we aim to maintain a fair and transparent approach to refunds and cancellations.

      Refund Eligibility

      • Before Program Start: A full refund (minus administrative charges) may be issued if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the program start date.
      • After Program Start: No refund will be issued once a program has begun, unless in exceptional cases at management’s discretion. A pro-rata refund may be considered.
      • Ineligible Cases: Refunds will not be given for absenteeism, changes in the student’s schedule, or lack of participation.

      Cancellation Process

      Requests must be emailed to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

      Course Transfers

      Transfers or deferrals may be allowed upon request and management approval. Fees will be adjusted as a credit.

      Program Cancellation by The Talent Scholar

      If we cancel a course due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be provided or an alternate batch will be offered.
